I am a toddler who is three and has really long hair and I’m always doing your hair and she loves doing other people‘s hair and I thought that she would really like this. It comes with so many different accessories and it keeps her entertained for such a long time. She pulls it out and plays with it frequently. I’ve had it for a little while. Everything was packaged nicely. I’m definitely happy with this. I feel that this is a good price For what you got and it is Barbie. Definitely a perfect gift for any child.I hope this review is helpful.

This is a pretty straightforward toy that I think a lot of kids had back in the day. It's a large Barbie head, and you can style her hair and with this one, you can color reveal her makeup. Her hair has color streaks in it (which are permanent), and she comes with quite a few accessories. Kids can use their own hair accessories on the doll too, which is what my two daughters like to do. The Barbie's hair can come out fairly easily when brushed. It's not a super high quality toy, but it's fun and it reminds me of the same thing I had as a kid. It's kind of like a toy staple in my opinion.I look at reviews a lot while shopping. I hope this review helps!

This stylish styling head is loads of fun. It comes with a nice piece count for endless hairstyling fun, including 3 REAL fabric scrunchies (aside from the 4 standard elastic bands) which you rarely see with modern styling heads. Keeping with the them of color reveal, it includes 4 star and 4 butterfly bits that when placed in water, the pink paint will fade to reveal it's true color. once done you can attached them to the included headband or one of two hair clips to customize them to your liking. But the fun doesn't stop there, those little bits have a cool icy water color change reveal, showcasing cute designs on the star and butterfly bits. As well as color change lips where kids can pretend applying lipstick with icy water with their barbie styling head. Which is where the sponge applicator comes in. The styling hat itself is your standard Barbie sculpt but but upgraded into a bigger scale with blonde polypropylene hair with chunky pink, orange and blue highlights at top. It also has some weird choppy layers in the front, but its just with the blonde hair. Surprisingly the head has some good range of motion, It can tilt and move side to side.Overall, this Barbie styling head is OK for the value. My only grip with the product is the fact that they decided to use polypropylene hair instead of a more nicer hair fiber to play with like nylon or saran. Since the hair type that they went with tends to frizz overtime and does not feel suitable to the touch. I also wish that the bottom of the styling head had suction cups to have some sort of grip when the child is styling the doll, since it could present some frustration if the doll keeps moving around while they try to do a certain style like a braid or ponytail. But the side of those small issues I still think this is a great set for kids that show interest in hair styling or more creative ventures.

This Barbie hair styling set is super cute! It comes with a headband, brush, hair clips & more. Some of the accessories are color changing. The lips can turn a lighter color by wetting them with the sponge. The size of the head is perfect and the rainbow colors in the hair are very pretty. It is so much fun for girls to style the hair with braids & ponytails, etc. I think it is suitable for all ages but ideal for ages 7 & up. This would make a wonderful gift. It is a good quality set, well worth the money.

The hair could be a little longer but it's fun for kids to play with and it comes with a ton of accessories. This is a really fun toy for any budding stylist and I just wish the hair was a little longer so you could do more with it.

This is a toy that most little girls would love to have!When my daughter was little she wanted one of these!She loved playing with her Barbie makeup and hairstyling doll, so I can surely say I'm positive your little princess will enjoy this toy, too!It's a life-sized head with hair that can be styled and dyed with the magic "clips" and combs!The headband is adorable!The hair is long and easy to brush with the included hairbrush.There's a bowl for water to change the color of the hair and a sponge to use as well!!This is a great gift to give your little girl!And I highly recommend it!

- The styling head arrived in great shape and is a good size, 11” high and 10” wide, shoulder to shoulder. This size should be noted, as most other styling heads I looked at are much smaller. My girls are enjoying styling hair with barrettes, ponytails, and clips.- The butterflies and stars that are included to attach to the barrettes could have doubled as earrings if Barbie had holes in her earlobes. That seems a missed opportunity. There are other non-Barbie heads that offer more opportunities for fun, such as make-up and jewelry accessories, but they’re not Barbie, so there’s that.- Right out of the box, our Barbie lips changed colors once, went back to original color, and will not change again; we’ve tried both hot and cold water with no success. That seems odd.- Hair comes pre-colored, so this is not an activity to do.- Though a few reviewers mentioned that the hair had arrived cut (which seems a quality control issue), please note that this Barbie's hair is not meant for cutting.- Overall, the main point of this toy is hair styling, so if your kids will be content changing hair styles over and over, this is a fine choice. With that in mind and because of the larger size, I would likely still recommend this head over other smaller ones as long as you don’t care about additional accessories or options for play.- I'd really like to give this item three & one-half stars.
