Highly Effective Water Spot Remover With Professional Results
This product from Chemical Guys works exactly as advertised and delivers impressive results. I used it to remove stubborn water spots on my car’s paint and glass, and it worked quickly and efficiently. The gel formula is easy to apply, stays in place while you work, and doesn’t run like other liquid removers. What really stands out is how effective it is—even older, baked-on water spots came off with minimal effort. After using it, the surface looked cleaner, smoother, and ready for polishing or waxing. It’s also safe when used as directed, and it doesn’t leave any residue or damage the finish. If you’re dealing with hard water stains on paint, windows, or chrome, this is definitely a product worth having. It saves time, works fast, and gives professional-level results at home. Highly recommended.

Mineral water spots be gone!
I love Chemical Guys products. I'm accustomed to their quality and consistency of effectiveness. I own their Pink wash and their wheel cleaner products and used the wheel cleaner to help break down some rust and brake pad residue that built up on a rim. That's a tough ask and while I didn't clean it 100% Chemical Guys product actually broke down about 75% of the grime and dust that was caked onto the rim. It also might be that I didn't put enough effort and elbow grease into totally cleaning it. All that as mere prelude... I love cleaning my truck. It's a black F150 and I enjoy washing it myself - especially on sunny days. I don't like paying $12 every time I take my truck to a car wash to get it "the works" and I'm not close enough to a franchise that has a monthly subscription that would let me wash my truck without having to do it myself. So here we are. The hose I use has some mineral-rich water. Even here in the Pacific Northwest, where our water is rather drinkable from the faucet/hose attachment, there's still enough iron and mineral density to eventually leave water spots on your vehicle. I finally put a filter on it but the water spots were definitely there and I couldn't get them off with using detailer or a standard, filtered rinse and wash. Finally, I came across another Chemical Guys product and after watching the proper way to use it, I immediately purchased and tried it myself. I'm still cleaning off the gel fully with a microfiber cloth (also a CG product) my black F150 looks much sharper and more glossy than ever before! I don't have a great before/after picture but I would clean my truck before and, after it dried, I'd see those pesky water circles - especially on my hood where water is more likely to stand after a wash. The sides were mostly okay but I had some slight rigidity to the paint coat because of the stuff hitting it on the road over time - that also seems to come off. I didn't have to work hard - just apply more than a trace of this stuff and work a single section (one door or half a tailgate...whatever works). Make sure you have a somewhat clean outside already - don't do this with some mud on or it hurts the effectiveness of the product. Anyways, it took me maybe 10 minutes to get the whole truck and the top windows applied and I came back 10 minutes later, wiped it all down and it was clean. Awesome product! Worth the $17 investment and it can cover multiple attempts from a single bottle. Do NOT dilute this - it's a direct application product, not a "mix with water" product.

Almost feels impossible how fast it works
This product works effortlessly. It almost feels impossible for it to work so fast. It seems like as soon as it touches the hard water stains, they just disappear with little effort. I’ve tried the home remedies of lemon juice, white vinegar and everything else I saw, and none of them worked . This product is amazing.

Don't Waste Your Money on other products. This one does it and does it right!
This is a really solid product. My 20 year old truck had some really nasty water spots on the glass, that other water spot removers were unable to get rid of completely. This did a fantastic job on the first pass. Don't waste your time or money with other products. The ONLY reason it didn't get 5 stars was because it does leave some very hard water spots behind, but they are difficult to see unless the light hits them just right. My guess is they are etched in and would require more aggressive buffing to remove. Best money spent on a product like this yet.

I am so happy!
I have a 2019 FType Jaguar in British Racing Green that I admit I obsess over. I have been fighting water spots for years, products either didn't work or required a ridiculous amount of effort to apply then the spots came back. Chemical Guys Heavy Duty Water Spot Remover is AMAZING. Easy application, rinse, wipe with a microfiber cloth and the spots are GONE. Completely gone and the shine left is gorgeous. The car looks like it just came from a detail shop. I cannot recommend this enough. THANK YOU CHEMICAL GUYS!

Best spot remover I've used.
I tend to get bad spots on the right side of my truck due to the hard water that comes from my sprinklers, so I've used this a couple times the last year now. I know, I know, why not adjust the sprinkler or move the truck, that's a different story. Anyway, this stuff works great. Not only can I use it on the body, but it works great on the windows. Definitely recommend this if you have bad spots. Just follow the directions. be sure to work in small spots, I tend to do roughly 12x12 square sections, takes a while but the out come is great. Wipe it on, wipe it off, then wash section with clean water. I then wash the truck off with Dawn to make sure I neutralize the chemical one final time, then use wash/wax of choice afterwards. I drive a 21 Silverado, and it takes about 3/4 a bottle to do the whole truck, including the windows.

This product works on hard water shower doors!
Hope this works do not believe the negative reviews please. In life nothing is easy and it takes work to achieve the results you’re looking for. That being said read on!!! I don’t leave reviews because yeap just lazy. Not this time. I have very hard water and I have a second bathroom that has glass shower doors. The glass was white after years of not proactive cleaning. (should have taken pics). Searched for many a solution to clean them. Tried many, never was able get the glass “clear” again. I gave up but just recently saw these guys and this product. The reviews looked promising. Picked it up. Was not hoping for much. I WAS WRONG!!! It worked so well. Now it took almost 3/4 of the bottle and multiple applications and some elbow grease but right as rain they are 98% clear. Blown the F away!! The way I applied it - In a well ventilated room (smell is strong and little chemical smell as well) I used sponge to apply ( a little heavy) waited about 3-4 minutes. Then just used a microfiber cloth and water to remove. Took multiple applications due to how imbedded the spots were. I suggest wearing gloves otherwise your fingers will turn orange. The stain goes away with soap and water. I know have glass shower doors that look brand new!! Thank You Chemical Guys!!!
