Sasiko Samue(100% Cotton) Rich Texture,Men

I'll be honest, I bought this cuz I am gonna cosplay as Gojo Wakana from Kisekoi (Dress Up Darling) and was debating between a samue and a jinbei. My main concern with the samue was that it might be too warm. That's not the case, in fact I tried it on and spent the rest of the day lounging in it because it was so nice. The fabric is soft and warm, but not overly much. I am 5'10"ish, 135 lbs-ish, about a size 28-30 in American mens, and the measurements indicated on the item description are accurate, the pants are about a 31 with an elastic band that stretches. Never wore a samue before, its very loose fitting, you have to tie the straps around your ankles and also inside and outside the top - if you aren't aware, make sure it's left over right. Not only is that the only way to tie both of the ties, but it also let's people know you're not dead.

I bought this outfit for my Japanese/ Filipino boyfriend and he ABSOLUTELY loves it!! ❤ I love how it feels and fits on him. I bought a medium; kinda scared if it wouldn't fit or do a large but it worked out. Made me want to get one because it looks so comfortable. Glad I purchased this.

I bought a large. For a 200 lb, 5'11", barrel chested man, they fit well. The woven fabric is thick and after a few wears and washes, it softens up. The pants go just to the ankles and the top is an agreeable 3/4 - long sleeve. Both the top and bottom are made to fit many sizes. The top has a side tie, the bottom has a tie at the waist and the ankles. The bottoms also have an elastic waist with zipper and button. For anyone looking for Japanese lounge wear, this is worth it.

I needed a decent set of pajamas and I love the design and feel of japanese clothing. These are definitely that! They have that layered, solid texture - not silky, but pleasant to feel. Asian cut, in a slightly exotic, somewhat ninja-ish, Jedi-ish kind of way, I wear them around the house and in the yard, because they are not obviously pajamas.They are comfortable, practical and durable: highly recommended, if you like an Asian style design.They did shrink very slightly, but the overall quality was too nice to deduct a star.

Wow. These are comfortable. The material is a little heavier than my short pajamas (jinbei). I don't know, maybe it's supposed to be for colder winter temps inside living Japan-style. Anyhow, right out of the wrapper, these feel really comfortable. Maybe they'll be even better after a wash, but I think they're great as is. Wish I got some of these a long time ago....

I bought these to wear as pajamas and I love them. They're comfortable, stay in place well, and breathe so my temperature is always just right. And if I have to wander outside to get the mail or put something in the bin, everything is covered. The pants are full pants that go to my ankle. I'm 5' 10". I would buy again and am considering buying another set.

I've been wearing these samue while working from home since the summer. These are comfortable and sturdy. I'll continue to wear these as long as I am working remotely from home.
