I currently own 6 of these, and use them throughout my house to monitor the temperature and humidity. I have taken detailed pictures of the monitors, their accuracy, the instructions, and the Customer Support contact information for anyone who has lost theirs. Accuracy: These units are as accurate as they claim to be, which is + or - 1 degree of the actual temperature. That means if the actual temperature is 70 degrees, it may read anywhere from 69 to 71 degrees. Honestly, this is close enough for the price and its intended use. I have 6 of these, and all of them are within the rated accuracy of one another. Size: These units are fairly small, but the LCD display is large enough that I can read it without needing my reading glasses. The Temperature reading is 1/2", and the Humidity reading is 3/8". Smart Home: These sensors will work with Home Assistant, and possibly other Smart Home monitors and controllers that use Bluetooth. This is a HUGE plus for a lot of people who like to play with IoT devices. Battery Life: I use Eneloop AAA rechargeable Ni-MH batteries in all 6 of my monitors, and they last about a month or 2. Honestly, its not often enough that I know exactly how long they last, but I don't have to recharge the batteries very often. If you use Lithium or Alkaline batteries, they will last a lot longer between battery changes, but the batteries will cost more in the long run. The App: The app is a great, and well designed. It is intuitive, so you just touch most things on your screen to see more details or to change a value. The app will quickly find any units that are powered on within range that are not yet adopted, and you can rename each unit so you know what/where it is. You can change the temperature scale for the display to either Fahrenheit or Celsius. By clicking on one of the monitors in the app, you can see the history for that monitor for the past 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 year. The app will also display the Heat Index based on the Temperature and Humidity readings. You can set alerts in the app for both a high and low temperature or humidity reading. Mounting: This unit has 3 ways you can set it up; a magnet on the back, a kickstand, and a keyhole for wall mounting. The stand is self-explanatory, and the angle is great for readability. The keyhole on the back allows you to hang it on a wall with a nail or small screw (not included). The magnet is great for anywhere with a metal surface like a fridge. You can also use the magnet to attach the unit to most corners in a house with drywall. There is a metal edge on every outside corner in a house with drywall, and the magnet is sufficient to mount on these metal corners. In the picture of this method, you can see the monitor mounted on a wall corner, and if you look closely below the monitor you can see the metal edging showing through where the paint has chipped off. My Wishlist for this product: I would love to see a version that uses WIFI and Cloud so you can monitor from anywhere, not just when you are in the house. * A backlight with a small button to activate it would be a great addition to these units for night viewing. * A stronger magnet would be appreciated. The magnet on the device is ok, but even a slightly stronger magnet would make it much less likely to fall or be knocked off unintentionally. * I would love to see the ability to calibrate the temperature reading if it is off. I would definitely be willing to pay a little more for this feature.

Bought a few and was so pleasantly surprised how much I liked them, I purchased some more. Just a simple little thing but it works great, and even comes with a battery. The App that goes with it is fabulous too.. You can see all the info easily and can export it. A NOTE re: the BATTERY - for those ppl having trouble with the included battery not working, make sure you take off its plastic covering before use. It's really thin and hard to see that the battery even has a plastic cover all over it. Would explain why so many are complaining about it not working.

I was kind of skeptical this would work given the price but it is amazing. It tracks the temperature and humidity in my greenhouse. I can check it from inside the house. It has allowed me to fine tune the heating in my greenhouse by monitoring temperature fluctuations over the course of the day. It is easy to use, was relatively easy to connect to my iPad (I suggest doing the initial set up with your phone, tablet or computer in close proximity. After that you should be able to check it from a distance.) The signal canโt be accessed from the front of my house (which would require the signal to pass thru a wooden greenhouse wall, an external porch wall and an interior house wall that is tiled) but if I move within about 20 feet in my house, it will update with no problem. For the price and functionality, I am very happy. Itโs been running for about a month and has used less than 1/2 the battery, which given that it continuously tracks temperature and humidity, seems pretty good. It sits on a shelf in my greenhouse but also has a way to hang it from a nail or hook.

I am not able to connect my thermopro device with the application. The app is not able to search the device.
