This stuff is the truth. The flavor is strong and a little goes a long way. I got disappointed when I used another brand and it didn’t taste the same, it’s safe to say I’m sticking with this brand. This product has such a clear taste if strawberry. It taste like fresh strawberries , sweet just like strawberry should tastd. U used this powder to make sgrawberryglaze, a strawberry came and ucung. U also made strawberry puree. If the strawberries I had had held out 6quarts, I would have made a strawberry pie, shiney, my favorite. Pie. I have ordered more because these things disappeared in a wink if the eye. U just hope the strawberry harvest is as good as the powder

I bought this to use as a natural pink dye. It was very fine and easy to use. If you want strawberry flavor, you will have to use a good amount of powder. I have only used it to color a cake so far, but I look forward to trying other things. I put a few tablespoons in the frosting for this 4 inch smash cake to get a light pink color

Works well as a base but needs some flavor exploration. The strawberry powder itself is solid — good texture, mixes in fine, and the freeze-dried process preserves a decent flavor. It functions as advertised for baking, smoothies, and beverages. That said, I think there's room to tweak the flavor profile with other dried fruit varieties to round things out — on its own, the strawberry can come across a bit flat in certain applications. No sugar added is a definite plus. Functional product, just experiment with combining flavors to get the most out of it.

Added this to smoothies and strawberry atole and it really added to the flavor. It didn’t take much, dissolved well and was easy to use. I just eyeballed how much I thought I should add and it worked. Great strawberry flavor. Very robust. Highly recommend.

This is perfect for baking! I am a home baker and bought it to make dye-free pink buttercream. It had a great flavor, smell, and turned out to be the perfect color. I only used a few table spoons of powder for enough frosting for 2 dozen cupcakes. It will last awhile and is more cost effective than using fresh strawberries. The bag will last quite awhile, but I will repurchase when I run out!
