Great clean ingredients and so far does working well. I like that within an hour of taking them- I take 2- I feel exhausted! And I really like that no matter how late I get to bed these gummies wake me up in the morning . I’m not groggy at all. Helps me establish a good circadian rhythm.

If you require help getting to sleep, these gummies are the best. I use them nightly. It was hard to believe 1.5 mg. would have any benefit at all, especially since double the dose of another brand was spotty at best and gave me weird, unpleasant dreams when it did work. The flavor is very sweet, like eating a piece of candy, but they are absolutely sugar free and there is no artificial aftertaste. I don't even chew them; I let them dissolve, which happens rapidly. The dose is so low that another gummy may be taken, if needed, without any reservation. I love this product and I never say that. These melatonin gummies really have improved my health.

Excellent product. One of the few on the market that allows you to titrate as needed, but start with the lowest dose of 1.5mg per gummy. Gummies are delicious and sugar free (small amount of sugar alcohol, xylitol). But, in terms of quality of ingredients, these are some of the best I've found on the market, along with Nature Made.

The item arrived promptly and seems to work pretty well. I think it works better if you take it consistently. The first night, I woke up wide awake in the middle of the night. I was tempted not to take it again, but I didn't want to waste the whole bottle. It seems to be in my system now after a couple of weeks and I have only awakened in the middle of the night one other time. The taste is very, very sweet even though the bottle says no sugar.

While I typically trust Nordic Naturals for quality, these melatonin gummies ended up being completely useless for my routine. The 1.5 mg dosage is a good moderate level, and the zero-sugar aspect is a great idea on paper, but the actual experience of taking them is so unpleasant that I can't bring myself to use them. Instead of a normal gummy, these have a very strange, firm, and waxy consistency that doesn't dissolve well. Combined with a medicinal raspberry flavor that has a lingering artificial aftertaste, it felt like a chore rather than a simple part of my night. Even though the ingredients are high-grade, a supplement is only effective if you can actually stomach taking it daily, and for me, these were a total waste.
