This is a great quality mini griddle. It looks small, but It has a spillover free capacity of exactly 2 eggs if you stir the yolks into the whites. The cook time is under 5 minutes, it gets hot but will not burn eggs and is designed to safely use without getting burned. There is no funny smells or taste imparted, and after 2 months of daily use, is still completely non stick. It can also make pancakes and sausage patties. The surface has never needed scraping, with just a paper towel wipe being enough to wipe away any oils. I am going to order another as a spare, as this by far the best and most robust nonstick mini griddle I have ever used.

It's okay. The thermostat is not very accurate. It lets the griddle get pretty cool before turning the heat back on. The egg does get cooked well although not as quickly as my Dash griddle. I like the ceramic coating over the Dash teflon coating, no pfas. Maybe you will have better luck with your thermostat than I have. It's easy to clean up with it being small sized and easy to store.

I love this product, first of all because it has a ceramic surface that’s super easy to clean. It makes great pancakes quickly and evenly — perfect for busy mornings
