The clap from the back is much easier to use than the front clasp for us. Using the front clasp, our dog pulls way too much and the harness will lean to the side too much, but from the top/back clasp, it's very manageable. I like the softness of the harness so our dog will be comfortable wearing it. And the holding grip on top is awesome. Our dog is a protector and he doesn't care for other dogs or other people, so having that grip handle on top makes it easy to hold him back when he tries to jump at dogs in yards that are going crazy. I love that it comes with a matching leash.I recommend this harness to anyone that uses a harness and wants a comfy fit for their dog.

I LOVE this harness. Have been using on our 50lb pit/boxer mix for roughly two months now. He is a growing puppy (6.5 months and roughly 60 lbs) and is still learning how to play with other dogs at the park. I love that there is a pull handle on the back which FULLY supports all of his weight (I have used this SO many times if he gets a little rougher or aggressive in play style to simply yank him up and away and put him in a little time out to relax). It puts no pressure on any of the 'at risk' points.I LOVE the metal clasps to secure my leash to the back of the harness OR the front to prevent him from pulling. I walk two dogs so sometimes he can be a bit eager. The front ring pulls him around to face me every time and makes walking much more manageable.The best feature of this product is how easy it is to slip on/off when we go on walks. I don't recommend having dogs wear this 24/7 just because there really isn't a reason to (my dog still wears a normal collar for ID purposes but I do not think it's smart to walk a tugging/pulling dog regardless of age or size and put strain on their neck -- TOO many horror stories out there even with normal collars). My pup wasn't thrilled about the new harness when we first got it but now he associates it with walks outside and willingly bows his head to allow us to put it on him. ONLY COMPLAINT: Wish the buckle to clasp on the harness (found around the midsection) was metal not plastic. I AM worried about that breaking.This harness puts me at ease knowing I'm not putting ANY strain on his neck OR his joints under his shoulders -- MAJOR points here. For the price, features and durability - thus far - I'm very very very please and have not found another harness that is as easy to throw on and go and allows for full access/control over a learning puppy.As I said earlier, he's roughly 60 lbs and is still growing (bought this harness when he was ~40lbs and though it was a bit big, he was still small enough to manage and I knew he'd grow into it, which he has). The medium still has lots of room to expand as he grows, so I feel better knowing this will still last him for the next couple months.I honestly have very little complaints and will purchase this again.

I had read many good reviews regarding this harness and wasn't expecting to be disappointed. Unfortunately as you can see from the pictures, it's complete crap. Who has the audacity to sell a no pull harness made with such weak thread. My dog was almost hit by a car because it gave way half way through our jog. Play it safe and look else where please, for the love of your dog.

This is a really nice harness, sizing is good! The front chest strap is a little large. It feels like it's made really strong and will last a long time! Added bonus the leash is strong and has a padded Handel as well!

It's a nice harness and well-made, but the sizing is a little weird. It's a bit too big in the chest for my dog, no matter how I adjust the straps, but the next size down is too small. Big-barreled dogs would be fine, but finer-built dogs would have trouble.

I've have always had problem finding a harness that fits my dog (Lab - Austrian Shepard) . Her chest is big and usually makes the neck area on the harness to big for her then. This one is the closest we have gotten to fit. The chest area is till slightly off but I think my dog is just odd with measurements.I do really love it. Looking to get a second one for my other dog. Got to check the measurements to see how it would work. But I would highly recommend this for someone else.It is so easy to put on and seems to more comfortable. Love the handle and looking to use the from clasp to help get the dogs to stop pulling. Nice that I will not have to buy another one for just that.

I bought this for my husky after using a cheap awkward harness that each leg had to go through.This one is well padded, easy to put on and take off even when he's all crazy and excited.I recommend it, he walks better and is easier to control when walking with it - plus no strain around his neck just using a standard collar.The leash it comes with is super cheap and pretty worthless, but I didn't care about the leash I was just interested in the harness.

Just received my two harnesses for my dogs and I really love them! Seem to be great quality, very durable. I love the handle for more control because my dog gets excited when we walk passed other dogs. I can grab him and keep him walking forward. I got a size Medium for my 55 pound 8 year old boy and I got a size Large for my 90 pound 4 year old Dutch shepherd who is very tall. Fit my boys great! I love that they don’t have to have anything pulling on their necks anymore. We walk 3 miles everyday around my neighborhood and these should work out great for everyday use! I love the red plaid color, looks good on my boys black furr. Wish it came in this color in the medium! I purchased 2 harnesses and received (1) 4 ft leash. If you are looking for a great harness look no more! Buy!

Don't bother unless you have a dog that do es not pull at all. The harness slides from side to side no matter how tight you make it. Bad design.

Good quality. The large is a perfect size for my GSD. I like that it also came with a nice leash!

Looks nice, seems comfortable for my dog. However, she slips out of it very easily, therefore, I can not use it.

I bought an xxl and it's perfect. I have a 4 yr old Rottweiler and he weighs about 125 lb and I still have room for him to grow. Fits perfect!

Much too big and with amazons shorter return window I missed it so it’s a waste of money. So sad :(

always use the clip on the chest. just used the one on his back for the first time and it ripped right off!
