I loved this chair in the beginning, best chair i have had in a while. So comfortable and nice. But first the arm broke and wouldn't stay up. Then the chair bottom completely broke. It stays back and cant even get it to sit up. Neither the less I was in it when it broke. I have only had the chair for 7 months.

We like this chair, Installation was very easy. Although it’s not real leather, the material feels nice to the touch. I often have back pain, and the heating function really helps relieve it. Highly recommended!

The 6 Point massage Executive Chair conforms to your body well. The heat and massager are nice. However, upon assembly, when sitting, the foot rest has a tendency to slide forward all the time. No lock in place to keep it from sliding forward. The chair is just as comfortable without the foot rest. I removed the foot rest with no problem. The chair is easy assembly, height and size are good.

Have had this chair two weeks and the heat and massage stopped working. The seat also sits to far back and doesn’t let you adjust forward so you can lean closer or sit higher up. It’s sucks for the amount of money I paid.

Great chair and great customer service! I lost two of the screws and I reached out to the seller for a replacement. They responded quickly and resolved my issue. I really like the chair; it's an upgrade from my pandemic gaming chair. The heat is the best feature and I like that I can recline to take a break. It would've been nice if there was a pocket to hold the remote. I velcro'd it to the side arm when it's not in use. The chair is nice and wide and the arm rests are height adjustable. Standard office chair installation; no extra screws. I did like that they gave you a tool that made assembly quicker vs the allen wrench that is usually sent. I would prefer a little more cushion on the seat, but that's nothing I pillow can't fix. Overall, great chair. I hope it holds up for a few years.

I bought this chair specifically for the heating function. The massage portion is a bit loud and is more of a virabte than massage. Within the first week, it was like the connection was not good and had to plug and replug to get the massage or heat to work. Within 30 days, the heat did not work at all. I have been messaging with the company and the best they can do is give me a partial refund and tell me to buy a heating pad and put in the chair. If I wanted to do that, I could have kept my old chair and added a heating pad. I am very disappointed in the quality of the chair and the customer service. I never write reviews but this chair was not a good purchase for me.
