The small squares indicating the burner selected are 0.9cm x 0,9cm. The circles showing the flame size have an outside diameter of 5.7cm and an inside diameter of 4.2cm.

Q: Are there ones that have the lowest temperature in the top left (around 11 o'clock) and highest at top right (around 1 o'clock)?

Nope totally the other way around. Ignition at like 12, highest temp at 11, lowest at like 3
