GigaByke Groove 750 Watt Motorized E-Bike - Street Legal Electric Moped with Pedals (2018 Enhanced V2 Version)

Great E-bike for the money. UPS did not email me ahead of time of the delivery, so, luckily I was home when it was delivered, as they do not require a signature. (I think you can ask to require a signature, not sure?). There was minor assembly required, and when I first test rode it I found that the front turn signal did not work. I contacted Bikeberry and they were great. Approximately a week later my new turn signal was delivered. It runs smooth and handles the hills well. I have ridden it at least a mile everyday since I got it and the battery still shows to be full. I would definitely recommend this bike and Bikeberry.

the bike arrived after 5 days which was great. Broken rear wheel fender which seems to be the norm from the reviews i have seen. The assembly was more challenging than i thought and frankly the video posted on you tube sucks. Its way too fast without much detail of what goes where. For example, my front signals were just hanging off and nothing tells you that you need two screws ( not included in my hardware) to screw them into the two holes on the front fork assembly. The bike rides fairly nice except my rear tire is a bit out of round (they appear to be retreaded tires from the factory) but for a man weighing 193 pounds, top speed on flat ground has been 20 mph. This is with the hack that is on the web to allow the bike to go into high speed mode. I would say the top speed out of box is probably 16 mph. Not terrible but not 20 as advertised. The bike looks nice and seems to be fairly good quality.Update-been riding now for a couple weeks and really enjoying the bike more than expected. My wife got on back with me and it actually drove well. That's around 300 lbs total weight and still got up to 17 mph.

The product shipped with a broken taillight and missing components!. I called them (Bikeberry) and they said they are going to replaced it but never happened. Called them again and again ,they finally mailed us the good unbroken part. However, in just 6 months, the battery was broken without any reason!It only run for 4~5 miles instead of 20 miles per charge as stated in the product sheet. Please stay away this product if I can advise.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas 2015. Where do I begin...The good:1) aesthetic design is great2) can carry a passenger (we used for school activity dropoffs)The not-so-good (DEAL BREAKERS):1) the battery (not lithium ion) is very poor quality -- we live around hills but it lasted for maybe 5 miles... So we replaced it with a new one, thinking perhaps we had a faulty one, but go the same result2) after 4 months with the new battery it just stopped re-charging. We contacted Bikeberry support who told us to take the battery apart (6 screws) and charge each cell. Which we did. And it worked. However the 10 minutes to take it apart + another 10 minutes to put it back together for each charge is ridiculous.3) the pedals started spinning which after contact with Bikeberry service we diagnosed as a missing pin locking the pedal shaft to the chain sprocket. I ordered the replacement part and took me 2 hours to take apart, install, and put back together. I don't mind fixing things myself but this should have been picked up in some QA/QC process before shipping us the bike.I understand that there is a new lithium ion battery available for an additional $600 but as we look at the dead bike in our garage each day we feel like we threw $1300 out the window. Uuuugh.

I am delighted with the product. There have been two drawbacks. The owner's manual is terrible; illustrations are tiny, some things which should have been included are not, and it was obviously written by someone not very familiar with English. The other drawback has been in getting a replacement part. I broke a brake lever (my fault) and had to order a whole package of parts to get the one small thing I needed.

The ebike arrived with no assemble info. 2) battery and charger connector did not fit .3) fender had reflector too close. Return took too long. Speedometer did not work. Ebike is built strong and ride smooth with pulling power. However, exchange is too slow. Ordered July 2, and still ebike is parked with no battery July 27, 2018. Review taking long to be posted.

Completely regret this purchase. The bike was functioning more or less as intended for some time but then the battery couldn't hold its charge at all. The bike couldn't make even a half of the advertised distance(not heavy rider; few hills, the road is almost flat). It's been parked for a few months without any use. IT'S NOT reliable. The battery would discharge in a matter of minutes. My wife had to take car service a few times because the bike had just stopped in the middle of the route

I have bought mine from Amazon... It shipped perfect no damage.. Assembly rather easy.. Great ride and with a full charge 20 MPH is done with ease and I am 200 LBS.. No regrets no complaints I highly recommend this purchase....
