Worth the extra money
I originally bought a cheaper unit. My computer wouldn't wake up from sleep and I had a hard time turning on my computer. I tried several things before buying this. I have no problems anymore after installation.

Very quiet PSU
It's very quiet thanks to the 0 rpm mode and had no throttling or any problem with it yet

Faulty Cable
Easy to install. Losing 1 Star due to the fact it was missing the manual AND the one cable I actually needed for my build was faulty and missing the connecter in the prong. Ordering the correct cable from Corsair was a pain, given Amazon only carries the newer generation and not the one I need.

Dell XPS 8930 Power Supply Replacement
I replaced my Dell XPS 8930 Power Supply with this Corsair 650e (2025). Only needed to order a SATA 15 pin to 6 pin Slimline power adapter to make a connection to the DVD Drive. There was a 8 pin connector that will separate so you can use it for the 4pin CPU connection. Lot better quality than the original power supply.

Absolutely Unuseable
I have bought lots of Corsair power supplies over the years and they have always been a high quality, reliable product. Unfortuantely, this one is junk. Three of the power lines were so low that my power supply tester did not even display a voltage but only showed the lines as LL. Normally the Power Good signal has a rise time of no more than 500 ms. This PSU had a Power Good signal that came up at a whopping 990 ms! I've been a professional system builder since 1991 and this has to be one of the most epic fails of a new product I have ever seen.

Tous les fils sont séparés les un des autres, (ne sont pas coller) c'est le pire connecteur que j'ai acheté (surtout pour un corsair). Corsair fournit quelques sert cable.. Je ne recommande pas ce boitier d'alimentation
