The Best Pans - Period!
I bought these because I had a Le Creuset frying pan that a friend gave me as a gift, and I loved it so much that I used it almost every single day for years! It finally got scratched - my fault! - so I tried a less expensive pan. What a waste! I am happy to have this set, because I can imagine using one or the other pan every single day, cleaning up in 20 seconds, and cooking amazing things. I would have paid almost this much for one, so two are definitely a great deal. Note: It's a great idea to get the Le Creuset glass lid that goes with the 10" pan. Very useful.

Excellent for induction cooktops, great value for the money
Even heating and great nonstick! I use the 8" for eggs & bacon/ham plus omelets plus grilled cheese, etc. The 10" is for larger items such as pancakes or when I am cooking breakfast for several people and want to speed things up. Both are superb at heating evenly and were replacements for earlier design Le Crueset pans that I loved but finally wore the nonstick to the point they needed replacing. Took years to wear them out, hope these last just as long. This new handle is an improvement on their previous one.

First - purchasing Le Crueset products via Prime is far less costly than from the manufacturer directly. If you buy direct they do not offer free returns and if the product is faulty, they give you a runaround. Overall though, all Le Crueset products are A-list and built to last. I'm shopping for more sales!!!

Nice looking and cooks great!
Received fast, used them this morning. I like non stick surfaces on these. I have one that is all stainless steel, but it definitely is not stainless. These will be.

Overall good pans
These are great pans but are starting to show wear after approximately 25 uses. I use silicone utensils and non abrasive sponges but marks are starting to show on the pans. I love to cook with them but am afraid they will not last several years as would be expected from this brand.
