Dopp Kit by Abbot Fjord - Mens and Womens Water-Resistant Waxed Canvas Toiletry Bag for Travel - Durable and Adjustable (Black)

I was in the market for a new toiletry bag, and my three demands were something compact, yet can hold a lot, and stylish. I'm a non-frequent traveler, but I am a college student who wanted something easily carried and wouldn't break the bank. As far as I have tested, this dopp kit does it all. The size is just right, but the zipper on top makes any item easily accessible. The bag itself is a waxed canvas, so it can withstand water, and only requires a simple hand wash if it gets dirty. Above all, it looks great and for $20 is more reasonable than, say, a leather dopp kit. My only complaint was that upon arrival, their was a faint odor, but it will dissipate with some water and air dry.

I just completed my first weekend trip with this dopp kit and I'm pleasantly surprised! As a guy who uses an electric razor with a fixed cable, I usually seek big toiletry bags with compartments inside. This kit is deep and easily makes up for the lack of compartments. The waxed canvas is also a classy touch!

I own a quite a few dopp kits, because it's a useful sort of bag for many functions and this dopp kit is one of my favorites. It's well made, sleekly attractive, with good hardware. I think the layout of the bag is perfect - it's just one big compartment with a simple side pocket, which is the best of both worlds. Really, I don't think you can go wrong with this bag.

Wow! Super impressed with this product. I love how different it looks from the normal run of the mill Dopp kit. I bought the gray. It is the perfect size for me and when it isn't, the expandable form adjusts for the extra bit of room I might need. The zipper is also heavy duty and glides very nicely. I would definitely buy this again or for a friend.*This company needs to design more products. I have just become a huge friend.

Really loving this bag. It fits a lot more than I expected it would, but isn't clunky or overbearing. It was able to fit a mini-straightener and a full-sized bottle of hairspray at the same time, which really surprised me. The material is durable but flexible, and looks super cute! Haven't tested whether it's liquid resistant yet, but I have a feeling that the waxed canvas will help a lot with that. Highly recommend this bag.

These are super nice dopp kits, stand-outs in a world of boring black travel gear. I've just purchased the grey and the green -- cool hues for the young men in our family. On close inspection, these are sturdier than what you'd expect from the photos; they are made of canvas and will clearly hold up over years of travel.

First thing I noticed was that it was actually much larger than I expected (even with the dimensions posted). Enough room for my contact stuff, glasses, hair products and more. I can take it with me in my gym bag or for when I'm away from home for the weekend. Simple design and well constructed and perfectly affordable for $20.

I needed a new toiletry carrier and loved this color and look. I was surprised how the bag can either collapse or expand with buttons on each side, which is super convenient for stuffing in my weekender bag. Nice separation compartment on the inside too! Great quality and is made of thick canvas. Impressive quality for the price.
