Broken item
Very disappointed with this product and the seller. I ordered it two times, and both times it arrived broken and damaged. The packaging was very poor and clearly not safe for such a fragile item. I had to go through the hassle of returning it again and again, wasting both my time and energy. If the seller cannot ensure proper packaging and safe delivery, they should not be selling this item. Extremely frustrating experience, I would not recommend this product or seller to anyone.
