I love these Gentle Grip socks. They come in a variety of colors and are NOT binding around the legs.

These socks are generally very comfortable, although on me the tops tend to sag and slip down in folds. I haven't had them long enough to know how well they stand up to wear and tear and to laundering.

I have tried many many different brands and styles of socks in search of something that will work with the circulatory problems caused by a heart condition; I can't tolerate any constricting or elastic at the top of socks. These Gentle Grip socks stay up despite having NO elastic thanks to a honeycomb weave design. They're also soft, comfortable, and the first pairs I bought over a year ago are still in good shape; that makes them a pretty good bargain as well. The seller is in the UK, but my most recent order arrived in twelve days, which seems quite reasonable to me for international shipping. A great find!

Soft, comfy socks that stay up without binding. They wash well, and didn’t shrink. Am replacing ones I bought 2 or 3 years ago just because they finally began to look a little faded, but no holes, and they still stay up. Great socks if you can’t tolerate tight elastic.

I received these socks yesterday. Like other reviewers, even after properly washing, the toes were rough. Unfortunately, I ended up giving them away, because I won't be able to wear them.

I love these socks. I have large calves and don't like socks that bind. These not only don't bind, they don't fall down. I didn't notice the rough seems noted by another reviewer.

Bought these for my mother. They are the only socks she will wear. She says they are so comfortable. I like how they do not bind into her skin at the top.
