Q: When the roll complete what size it will be? Width, length cm?

I can’t be exact don’t have any to measure at the moment. The are about 6cm in length and depending on how much filling you put in the width may vary but roughly thumb thickness

I washed it with normal washing up liquid. It was fine.

Q: Could I use this to make Spring rolls out of pastry?

I don’t think so...honestly i don’t even use mine..i tried with grape leaves and it doesn’t tighten them enough..i thought it will save me a lot of work and time but for me is useless.. Better by hand! Save your money
