George, thank you for your question. At this time each unit it’s only structured for one temperature sensor. Most refrigerators and freezers run off one compressor. Generally we advise the customer to put the sensor into the refrigerator or the freezer depending on the value of the merchandise in each section. If there is only one compressor in the unit is not operating, one alert will notify of the situation

If power or internet is lost, this device will notify you that the device is offline. This can be useful as if power is lost to your Freezer, you will be able to act accordingly.

Hello, Yes this device can be silenced (you can also disable the siren from the user interface).
