Yes Jax the sizes are generous, I wear mine everyday on building sites working with concrete they are great. I have recently bought another pair.

Hi I'm not sure, but my husband is 6ft tall and 36" waist and I ordered XL, they are slightly too big! If I ordered again I would go for large! Hope that helps thanks
