Easily backs up data in a semi-reliable way.
This DVD-R seems to do the trick; it easily backed up my data. Note: that even though the product title says "DVD+R", they are in fact "DVD-R", so before you buy them ensure your DVD burner can use this media.These discs come packaged in a thin jewel case with a handy blank paper insert. This is nice because it doesn't take as much space up on the shelf.The packaging and disc is branded TDK, but manufactured by a company called Imation in Taiwan. Also note, these DVD-Rs are non-archival quality. Meaning they will get "disc rot", and become unreadable in a few months/years. If you're looking for something more permanent, you should choose an archival grade product .
