As a side sleeper I have gone through quite a few pillows. I don’t like my pillow to be super hard and I like it to support my head just right. Well I saw this pillow and thought I would give it a try because the normal pillows don’t last long. This pillow has a nice smooth pillow case and the perfect amount of firm but softness that I like. The shape is great for side sleeping and I have not. had any issues with it going flat. The only thing I noticed when I first got it is it had a slight funny smell but that’s gone away now after a few days. Give it try the price is right and I’m glad I got mine!

I’m really enjoying the comfort of this pillow. You can feel the comforting neck support when you’re laying your head down immediately. I have been trying to get a good nights sleep with neck pain for the last several months. At first I didn’t attribute the pain to the pillow I was sleeping on. However, once I came to that conclusion I knew I needed a change. This pillow truly has made a difference, I’m actually going to bed a little earlier now and looking forward to pain free sleep. Yes, customers were complaining about the smell when they first slept on it. The remedy for that is to just wash the cover before your first use.

The pillow is soft But has a HORRIBLE CHEMICAL scent. I am very sensitive and Can't even use this pillow. Smells really bad.

I received the Cervical Pillow on Wednesday evening. I immediately took it out of the package to breath and for the pillow to “rise”. It did have a chemical smell so I let it sit out for 48 hrs before trying it out.On Friday night I used it. The minute I layed my head down on it, the pillow felt like it was hugging my head. I am a side sleeper and it was so nice to have a place for my ear to lay without feeling like it was smushed to the pillow. The side of the pillow had a great place to put your arm.This is my new go to pillow and can’t recommend it enough!

The quality is great, the memory foam is great, if you're a stomach or side sleeper and you have broad shoulders and are tall it won't work for you. The retention is great and shape stays. But it made my neck pain greater and didn't support me.

Finally, my husband sleeps! He is a sleep on all sides guy. Me too.I admit I was skeptical, but this pillow is the real deal. And ehat a great price. I used it too and even with a recent shoulder surgery, i slept like a baby. Mine will be here tomorrow.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. The chemical smell is awful. Even my cat won’t sleep on it and he sleeps on everything of mine. Adding an extra pillow case helps mask the smell some but if you’re super sensitive to these kinds of things don’t buy this pillow. I’m hoping the smell will eventually dissipate. As far as comfort, it’s “okay” but not great. Maybe it’s because I’m an active sleeper and switch positions all throughout the night, but I find my head slips off the pillow or gets cranked in a certain way that is more hurtful than helpful. Still searching for the right pillow that fits me.
