2 Button Remote Key Fob Case Upgrade for Opel/Vauxhall Corsa Meriva Combo Agila

It is both upper and lower part of the fob.I fitted itted it to a key frame for an 04 Meriva.I needed only the upper part, but used the lower part as well, because it clips together more strongly..I do have a hint for fitting:With this type of key, the fob is held in the frame not by a clip or screw but largely by friction within the slot..This Vauxhall design flaw means that the frame may hvae become slightly worn from previous remoal of the fob to replacing batteries, so the new fob may fall out.This means that after fitting, you may need to be careful in handling to prevent it falling the fob falling out. You can't strongly glue it in, obviously, as you may need to replace the battery in future, so you may need to find something to help the friction. I have used a very tiny piece of bluetack on each arm of the frame and so far so good. (Possibly a weak glue might also be sutable.)

Bought a second hand Vauxhall. One key fob was badly chewed up. Thought I would have to pay £60-£70 to a key shop to get it reconditioned. Bought this item in the off chance it could do as other reviews had described. Took a couple of minutes and a screw driver to remove the old fob from the keys frame and to carefully change the circuit board and button battery into the replacement fob. Now looks and works like a new key. Could not be happier. Great deal. and arrived quickly.

My old Corsa key fob disintegrated, Vauxhall wanted £££ for a new one. I didn't really think this little keyfob would work but hey, for £2.78 it had to be worth a go. It arrived well before the expected date, my son fitted it in no time, and it's way better than the original. Can't believe it! Bargain of the year … thank you!

Found a couple of instructional videos for the replacement, though I could have managed without it. Very pleased to have a complete key again!Highly recommended.

Got new key fob from checkers' motor store for £2.78 it took minutes to replace good quality perfect fit . Got it delivered 4 days before delivery date . And to think the key store was going to charge me £30
