This worked okay when I first got it , but i've had it exactly a year and it completely stopped working . The red light will not turn on and the remote does not hold a charge

I purchased as a travel mask. It lasted maybe 1 trip and it just completely died on the second trip. It doesn’t hold - even when packed with care! Very disappointed. Save your money !
