These are exactly what we were needing. It is easy to put on, take off, and contains so that it keeps the outside dry. Definitely recommend for incontinence or support staying dry.

This design is basically a double layer of synthetic materials which provide a barrier to contain waste while you swim. The leg cuffs have a rubberized strip which holds to your legs while you move which helps create a seal - we also found that it can cause some irritation after a longer time of wearing. The brief is oversized which allows it to be worn over other items if needed and seems be decently built.

Worked well and fit as expected. Didn’t have any issues with leakage. This was used for additional protection on top of adult diapers for long drives and helped when the diaper got to full and would fail to prevent leaks. They were okay when it came to comfort.

As we all get old, we are faced with incontinence issues. In my case it is occasional but I have to take some precautions such as not drinking too much fluid during a long concert or theater shows or on a long airplane flight. Once I was caught on a plane that had a bad turbulence before landing and so the seat belt signs were on all the time and no bathroom break before landing. To add to the inconvenience, after landing safely, we were stuck on the runway for a long time since there were no gates opened to us. That was really really unconfortable to the point of mere torture. This “swim” diaper underwear is just the thing to wear. It is not bulky so it will just pass as a regular underwear or swim pants with extra lining. I am confident that it will pass through one of those body xray machines without tripping a red flag. Yet it can hold good 3-4 ounces of leakage. Now I will not have to forgo one of those free beer or wine on an international flights. It is made of good material, made to last. The edges of the underwear have sticky lining to keep it sealed from any leakage. It fits snugly but comfortable. No pressure points and will not show that I am wearing a diaper underwear even under a pair of tight jeans, though I will not recommend doing so. Great product. I love it.

Absolutely comfortable wish the fabric on the outside was different …. I have no bladder control being disabled and all…. I wore em to bed as a test and was kind of disappointed wish they would hold more through the night…. But the outside always stayed dry but eventually does leak out the sides
