We came across this several years ago in a Kiddoo's children's salon and we've used it ever since. My little girl's hair is waist length, extremely thick but very fine in texture and very straight, but we have to be careful about scents because of the classroom she's in and I don't want to use anything with heavy lacquer on her hair. This works perfectly. Great hold without stickiness and the scent is perfect, very light but very pleasant and natural. It washes right out, too, which is a big plus when you've got so much hair to deal with and a little girl who hates having her hair washed! As an added bonus, no aerosol!

This is a very light holding hairspray made for children. I purchase this for myself as a 34 year old woman.1. Smells good - I was having a hard time finding a hairspray that didn’t smell gross, and clash with my everyday vanilla perfume. This is perfect.2. Not crunchy. This wouldn’t be for a long-lasting wedding hair up-do. suits my needs well to hold down fly aways and flatten baby hairs at my part.3. Not an aerosol. We love this hair spray and use it almost every day on our toddler's hair! She has curly hair (1/2" to 1" diameter) and we actually use two different products (this hairspray and Suave Kids Cherry Vanilla Mousse). We "fix" her hair first - pulled back with a bow, put it in pigtails, etc - and use the hairspray to set that part of the style. Then we use the mousse on the loose curls in the back. (Using the hairspray on her entire head is too crunchy and we need the moisture of the mousse to help form the curls; if we just sprayed her whole head with hairspray it would be a frizzy mess.)This hairspray smells wonderful (girly, that is) and my daughter doesn't mind it at all. My only complaint is that it's hard to wash out; the sections of her hair where we spray this always feel pretty crunchy when I'm washing it (and even a little stiff after washing), and I feel like I have to give her hair a "day off" from hair product occasionally to get it really clean. But I suppose there's a tradeoff between washability and good hold, so I'm happy with this product.

My kids never want me to do their hair because they don’t like the smell of most sprays. After finding this hairspray my kids love the smell and don’t complain anymore. Also the hairspray has a strong hold so not only does it smell nice it also holds everything in place.

We would never want to spray our kids with chemical filled hair sprays, or use harsh gels or other products. If you have a child that is prone to frizzy hair, or who's hairstyle you worked so hard to get just right, barely stays put, then this is the perfect spray for them. It is not going to make their hair so stiff that the wind won't mess it up, but it will provide a gentle and light hold. Perfect for school and everyday activities. There are no flakes or residues left like most hair sprays, and the smell is easy on the sinuses and definitely not overwhelming.

After trying this hairspray, I decided it's rather obsolete. The vanilla fragrance is light and pleasant, not overpowering. Alas, the holding power of this spray is also light -- so light, in fact, that it didn't work at all on my fine hair. And, because Amazon did not honor my request to cancel the auto-ship, I now have two full bottles I will never use up.

Super cute sparkles and they wash out easily. You dont find the sparkles everywhere either. The scent is sweet but not overpowering. Makes my kids bathroom smell nice too!

Works so well with my 3 yo’s hair! strong scent though.
