They run very large. I have been wearing size M (or 6) in the last 15 years, and this is the size which first bests. I ordered these panties in size M and they were huge, probably close to XL. Given the sizing, I would advise ordering a size down (if ordering at all). I am not going to order them in S since even that size might be much too large.
