Cup tip sideway and drain your water on the reservoir .
The cup will tip sideways when the chicken hit the cup and drain the water on your reservoir. Waste of money . Need to keep the cup by not tipping sideways

Leaks, unreliable product
The cups leak no matter how I tighten or loosen them. Itâs hard to find the right balance, and even when you do, some just keep leaking. I constantly find the water bucket empty and the ground soaked. Would not recommend unless youâre around all day to keep an eye on it.

It leaksďź not as Advertised
I really wanted to like this, but the leakage ruins it. The automatic refill function works fine, but water seeps out from the sides, wasting water and making a mess. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Worked great...until it didn't
Loved it at first, but after 3 days the hose started leaking badly. Now it sprays water everywhere unless I keep the bucket half-empty. Very frustrating.
