Nice coffee maker. Works as expected.Removing the rubber ring to release the filter for washing can be tricky - there are no instructions for that. Suggest you use the blunt handle of a teaspoon..... carefully at first, till you get the hang of it.Other than that, all good.

This is a nice addition to the kitchen, but the coffee flavour is no better than your general run-of-the-mill cafetiere and whilst it’s a good talking point and good if you want an espresso it’s not great for a ‘full cup’ for any more than two people..even the six size ‘6 portion’ version.

Had this for a year now and I thoroughly recommend it. Obviously more expensive than one you’d pick up in a supermarket but the quality is worth it. Used a cheap one for a few years and it was always too hot to touch, spilling over and leaking. This is the Rolls Royce of this type of coffee maker.

Great buy! I am addicted to coffee made in Bialetti's expresso makers. The end product never can compare with other coffee makers! This particular one will provide 6 very small cups of strong Espresso. If you do not press the coffee when your fill in the coffee container, it will get two tea cups of not that strong but still delicious coffee.
