I used them for video shooting and living room reading. The light is great, it gives a better light than normal right light. The phone holder holds the phone well. I can control the brightness through the remote too, very easy to use.

Poor Instructions and Quality
The top of the tripod broke off as I was trying to attach it to the light. Instructions were unclear on how to attach it.
