Quality of items I order
This fruit basket looked nothing like the picture shown. It was extremely small and the fruit was not fresh or appealing. It also came a day late. Very disappointed and embarrassed as it was a sympathy gift. This is an update. Seller sent a second fruit basket. Fruit was badly bruised and only pears were ok. Package was warm as was the 1 cold pack and fruit. Candy was hard candy all melted together. This company obviously does not realize this was an embarrassment to a customer!! Do not order from this company!!

Freshness and quality should be a priority when it comes to food.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This product was an imbarassment and a disgrace.Fruits are mushy and everything was covered in slime. Fresh fruit was expected. This basket looks like it went through war before it arrived

Very nice gift
I sent this basket to a close friend who was recovering from surgery. The basket was a big hit. She told me it was beautifully arranged, and all of very high quality. They managed to deliver it before Thanksgiving, as I hoped, even though it was ordered less than a week earlier. I was entirely satisfied with the product and the service.

Fruits were fresh but not organic
Packaging was good. Quality of fruits were average and they were not organic. Quality of other assortments like chocolates were very average

Getting the order and charge corrected
You are all mixed up the fruit basket I ordered was not for me. It was for Sara Bruno who lives in California. Who told you it was shipped to me. I hope I am not charged twice. Please clear up the confusion I can not answer your survey because the fruit basket was ordered for my daughter in law and was shipped to her in California. Please clear this mess that you have created
