Not as slippery as high quality teflon variants, but at least as good as well seasoned cast iron. Pretty good heat consistency at the bottom, just ok up the sides, easy to clean, and super sturdy without excessive weight. The lid handle gets hot when cooking over gas at medium or higher heat more than a few minutes . The 14” size is massive and has a nice shape and no ill effects from metal utensils. I’ll be replacing all of our teflon cookware eventually, some with this same brand.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen, almost too pretty to cook on. Now the important part, it cooks well, good even heat over my gas stove and nothing stuck to it! Just a warm water rinse and everything came out. It is a bit heavy, but any decent cookware is heavy to evenly distribute heat. Overall, I highly recommend it. It is actually pretty enough to serve the food in it. For the price, it can't be beat. I'm planning on ordering a full set as my Kyosera pans are now 7 years old and I still cook on them every day with good results.

Fabulous I use it every day, when I say every day, I mean most days. However, it is very large keep that in mind if you are looking for a large wok. It does fit bill. Them Smothered Chicken thighs under some gravy. Yes? Ok, Flat steak cut to thin perfection marinated with soy sauce and oyster sauce and sesame seed oil ginger and garlic. Yes, This wok works perfect. Every day all day.

This pan has a very interesting cooking surface. It's not smooth like most non-stick pans it has a texture to it so liquid items like starting out cooking scrambled eggs is kind of difficult. It also makes cleaning the pan a little more challenging

Better than i expected for the price. Honestly has become my favorite daily use pan. I use for everthing from frying to soups and stews, in addition to its wok original purpose. The surface is indeed nonstick and seems to be holding up after weeks of heavy use. Buying some for presents. It is heavier than you think it would be which i love for the heat retention. Easy to clean and capable of handling high heat without a problem

This is my new favorite pan. Perfect for stir fry. This wok is large and kind of on the heavy side but I like it because it feels like good quality. I wouldn't call it nonstick either but for some reason it is ok, the pans inner design somehow minimize sticking and cooks food evenly. I use wooden utensils so I haven't had any issues with scratches.

Excellent pan, but the handle has come loose after only a couple of months of use. It is progressively becoming further loose, and I am afraid it will give way.
