Love it! Assembly was a breeze. Perfect size to fit in any corner of a room, my workout room. Red light consumes the inside of the sauna covers your whole body. Lightweight. Value for the money. For what I need it for durability is fine.

This sauna box does a great job of creating a spa-like experience at home—the steam heats up quickly, and the red light therapy feels like a bonus for recovery. The included chair is convenient, and setup and takedown are surprisingly easy for something this size. That said, the interior can feel a bit cramped during longer sessions, and the remote could be more responsive. Overall, it’s a solid way to unwind without leaving the house.
