You can carry this with you anywhere, light weight and effective.
I bought this to strengthen my hands and wrists from some minor wear and tear due to working out. Little did I know this little ball was gonna do that plus more. You get a work out from your hands to your arms. I still can’t start it without the red string but it’s ok, I’ll keep trying until I can.Sad thing is my girlfriend dropped mine on tile floor, it isn’t broken in the sense that it doesn’t work because it does but the colors don’t change anymore for me. It stays on blue, I’m still satisfied. I wouldn’t call the ball fragile it was just an accident, don’t lend yours out to people that think it’s a toy because it’s not, once it gets going it has some force to it and a weak grip might let it go.
