This is my first time using an Acer laptop, but I've had an Acer desktop computer for years, which I've really enjoyed. I've been very happy with the quality, performance, and ease-of-use so far with this laptop. The main reasons I considered purchasing this particular model included the solid state drive, the decent amount of RAM at 16GB, the WiFi-6 capabilities, and the reasonably good amount of storage space. Also, it provides quite a number of ports, so I can attach all the accessories and portables that I want. What I appreciate the most so far is definitely the solid state drive. I've been using those for years, and I just love how fast they are. Booting up the computer takes seconds, and I'm ready to go. Overall, I do like the design of this laptop. The keyboard has a nice feel to it, and my only tiny complaint there is the layout format of the 10-Key pad. I work in Accounting and Bookkeeping, and I'm used to a certain layout, which this pad doesn't really offer. Some of the operation keys aren't where I'm used to having them, but I can still accomplish what I need to do. I don't use this for its gaming, so I can't speak to how well it performs there. However, as just a nice home office laptop that is fairly light weight and performs well, I'm happy with it so far.

Works, is everything I thought it would be. I don't like windows 11 but was able to setup dual boot to Ubuntu, with no tech problems. I find the fan noise not to be bothersome. The speakers are pretty bad, worse than my phone or prior laptops I've had, but it has both a headphone/aux out and bluetooth connectivity so that is a minor problem these days.

I bought this laptop new in January of this year. While it was not the same brand as my last laptop, I was excited to finally get a new laptop (my last was purchased in 2019). I went with a new laptop because I really didn't want the stress of buying something used or refurbished and having to fix it within months of buying it. At first everything was great - my laptop worked great and I was thrilled. All my apps ran smoothly, the features were user friendly and the battery life after having to keep my older laptop plugged in had me very happy about this purchase. Then my laptop screen wasn't responding. The power light was on, I could hear the laptop responding but the screen remained dark. Not lit, not flashing, blank. I looked online and saw way too many people asking for help with the same problem, but I tried a few options shown and the laptop seemed to start responding again. Then it happened again and nothing I did was working and I sent it to a technician. The RAM died. The RAM that came with my newly purchased laptop had died. RAM that on checking on Amazon, cost USD$200 to replace. And when I reached out to Amazon they told me it was too late to return for a refund, with no offer to assist. So despite spending UDS$500+ upfront for a new laptop, I still have to replace a part within the first few months of purchase. And one that is almost half the cost of the laptop.

i worked fine for couple months not now. all of a sudden cant connect to wifi . Only ethernet. Says something about Wifi card . Makes no sense. Had people who know more than I do look at it. same conclusion.

Great seller! My 13-year-old set up the computer liking it. Still trying to figure out the Xbox part of it but he's never owned an Xbox so that is understandable. He has had no problem with any other part of it downloading programs or using it would definitely recommend the seller and this computer
