Good in a lot of water. Mix with creatine.
Make sure to dilute it in at least 64 oz of water. Doesnât taste good in a small amount of water, it will taste like a an overdose of salt water and potassium. Tasted better when combined with my creatine.

ALMOST Flavorless...
I'm a big proponent of replacing electrolytes. Whether it's after a workout, mowing the lawn or just walking around in the hot sun. You need 'em.I really like that this powder has just the minimal number of ingredients that you need. Too many electrolyte powders add other things that you probably already get from your vitamins and/or supplements. This powder just replaces what you need replaced. Four ingredients. Done. The powder is slightly more granular than others I have tried. It still mixes into your liquid of choice, even with a manual bottle shaker at the gym, but it might take a few extra shakes. In an actual blender it just goes away with no stray flecks.NOTE: Because the powder only includes the most basic salt replenishers...this is NOT a 100% unflavored mix. There is a very slight salty taste to the powder, which might change the taste of your water depending on how many ounces are in your glass. Personally, I always add the powder into juice or smoothies, so it's not noticeable at all. Straight water mixing is the only time you probably taste it. The good-for-you ingredients might make it worth a few minutes of saltiness, tho. The ingredients in the powder are on point. Would recommend - but skip the water and use juice.

good stuff
if you're buying this expecting 1-1 gatorade tasting drink, you'll want to look elsewhere. we bought this in hopes of being able to make our own 'gatorade' at home without all the extra fluff. the lil dosing scoop is small, but dont let that fool you into thinking you need more. for example, i made a pitcher of lemonade and the math was telling me i'd need 5-6 scoops, but having not tried it i just said "f it, make it 10" and it was a bit too much đ made it again with less scoops and it's much better, we wont be going back to commercial electrolyte drinks. it's flavorless (except the addition of the sodium) and complimented home made lemonade well, i imagine it mixing and tasting well with things like crystal lite or MIO.

Good electrolyte
Not unflavored but very mild and typical for electrolytes. Does the job and is keeping me hydrated.

Flavorless??? I can taste it!
âUnflavored Electrolytes Powder - Unsweetened Electrolytes - Flavorless Electrolytes - Zero Carbs - Sugar Free - Zero Caloriesâ - so says their description title. Kinda true, except for one thing. This powder DOES have flavor. The 3 main ingredients -Magnesium, sodium, and potassium- all have flavor. Magnesium, not so much, but sodium and potassium sure do have flavor. Of course, if you dilute them down with water or other liquid, the flavor lessens, but itâs still there. At least I can taste it. Maybe you wonât notice it so much.So this electrolyte powder wonât necessarily alter the flavor of your beverage all that much, but it does add a touch of saltiness/bitterness. Maybe Iâm just sensitive to such things. Could be. I think they should have just stuck to saying that no additional flavors or sweeteners were added to their electrolyte powder. To say itâs flavorless just isnât true.Anyways, this is still a decent way to add electrolytes to your diet.

Sodium content
This product is too salty! I thought I would purchase this because this company offers unflavored. After using it, I checked the sodium content and it was 5 times the amount of my usual flavored electrolyte powder. It was awful.
