Barely noticed a difference however they are non slip and comfortable . The support arch is very small.

So, I'm getting older, which is a good thing I guess. I read a lot about Plantar fasciitis and one cause could be fallen arches. I thought, "Naw, that can't be me?" Guess what, I it is me. These supports really worked to help reduce the pain in my heals. I have warn them for 4 straight days and almost forget 1) I had heal pain and 2) I have them on. I almost forget to take them off at bed time. Made a big difference! These are well worth a try. They fit well (I am a mens size 11 in shoes) They are good quality and should last years.

I liked these and thought there were a rather elegant and simple way of having arch support at all times, barefoot, sandals, any shoes, etc. But my foot doctor didn't like them, saying I needed a "supportive shoe" and stiffer arch supports. I don't know what's true, but I stopped using these and followed the dumb ole doctor's advice. :D

I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding arch supports that don't hurt my feet or annoy me in some of my shoes. These work great and can be worn in any shoe. (even sandals if needed) I like that you can wear them over your socks so you don't have to wash them daily. I wipe them down with hand sanitizer and let them air dry every few uses. Would buy again.

It's comfortable, but the velcro is terrible. Gets very annoying to constantly adjust and readjust the velcro.
