A true extra-fine!
Fantastic nib. A true extra fine, only slightly broader than my TWSBI Eco extra fine. A little feedback-y, but I smoothed it out with some 12000 micromesh and now it's about perfect. If you like a bit of feedback, this nib is for you - it feels a little like it's gripping the paper (and yet not - it's hard to explain). If you want a #6 extra fine - this is definitely for you, even if you want it glass-smooth (just use some micromesh). Tested with a Rhodia dot pad and De Atramentis Pigeon Blue. It's in a Jinhao X750 right now, and fits perfectly - no skipping, no hard starts, no gushing.

Quality is hit and miss.
Let me start by saying that I have 3 of these nibs. Two came with pens and one is a spare. One is excellent, one is okay, and one is crap. The one that is excellent, is just that, and I love it. I switch it around among several of my pens. It flows about like a Pilot Metropolitan Fine, but a hair thinner. The good one flows well and feels very smooth when writing. The one that's okay works well enough, but is a bit scratchy and has some occasional flow problems. The bad one is scratchy, and I can't get it to flow correctly to save my life. I've tried everything short of sending it back for tuning, which I may do. That being said, I still gave this 4 stars, because when it's a good one, it's totally worth it.

Great nib for note taking!
This is a great nib for note taking and fits people with small hand writing. There is some feedback on mine but it is not scratchy. All I can say is that it is a very pleasant experience. I use this nib with a Jinhao X750 and Noodler's Bernanke Black ink and usually write in a Mead notebook or Midori MD notebook. Great and the seller also sent me a standard converter which is a great bonus. This gives the exact same line thickness as my Pilot Metropolitan fine nib, for reference.

A real Extra Fine Nib!!!
It is exactly what I was looking for.I'm using it in a Jinhao X450 with "Private Reserve Electric DC Blue", and yes it is an extra fine, and flow is fantastic.Plus the seller, "Pittsburgh Paper & Craft Co.", did a great job with the packaging and was super fast; they definitely deserve five stars as well.

great extra fine nib!
wonderful extra fine nib. it's on my jinhao 159 and is so much better than the nib the pen came with. not quite as smooth as one of my pens with a noodlers nib but still very. if you're familiar with pigma microns i'd say its between a 01 and 02 in thickness.

The Only Nib I Will Recommend.
This is by far the best nib for the Nemosine pen. I have the caligraphy tip, the medium, and fine as well as the Extra Fine. You cannot tell a difference between the other nibs and they are quite difficult to write neatly with as they all allow too much ink to flow, especially if you are writing in a fine cursive, like Spencerian. The Extra Fine is the only nib I would recommend.

Very smooth nib.
However, sometimes they start a little hard, and run a little dry. Wash in soapy water, rinse, dry, and floss them with .010 brass to get them ready to write and they're very good. Not nearly as dry as the one that came with my Singularity.
