These things are literally one of the best snack foods on the planet. If you like whole, organic, nutritious snacks, these got you. They are made with cane sugar, and they are not overwhelmingly sweet. I will say the cookie part is very crumbly and dry, but I don’t see this as a con. They taste great with coffee or milk. If you order through subscribe and save, they will cost you about $1.30/cookie. That’s about the cost of a candy bar, but this is nutritious and wholesome. I think of it as a total win, for my taste buds, my bod, and my bank.

I eat one every morning. They are very good! Please note there are some reviews that state these don't taste good, these are not like Sugar cookies and they are not intended to be like them. They are a breakfast bar and have 30 percent less sugar then most other brands. Also note that read the labels carefully, some say they have had stomach issues, very easily could be because of certain nut allergies. I will keep buying and highly recommend if you are not sensitive or allergic to nut products.
