Bandai Hobby MS-06 Zaku The Ground War Set 1/144 - UC Hard Graph

This is everything I could have hoped for with a One Year War starter set. The Zaku itself is a fine model, with more then enough weapons to give one plenty of options for armaments, including the Zaku Machine Gun, Bazooka, Sturm Fast, leg Missile Pods, a Heat Hawk, and even two (if unequipable) cracker grenades. The mobile suit has a decent amount of poses and is well colored.The tanks, soldiers, and hover bikes, are uncolored but fairly well detailed as well. Painting will be needed for all parts associated with them, as well as potential touch up on all of the zaku's weapons.All and all, its a good purchase. Its nice to have a few tanks to give reminder of just how useful they were until mobile suits were introduced.

This Zaku II has amazing quality and the set comes with so many great pieces. It comes with large array of weapons the Zaku II can be equipped with, Zeon scout vehicles, and Federation tanks that look great at their scale as extras. I recommend painting the rockets, effects, and tanks for added aesthetic appearances. The Zaku itself does not require any paint, however, panel lining and a top coat really make this mobile suit kit pop. A few pieces do feel a bit loose and that can be a downside, but overall I'm very pleased with the quality. It is capable of great poses thanks to a combination of the many weapons to choose from and joint articulation.

A fantastic kit that when assembled, forms a great looking Zaku with tanks and ground troops included. No glue or paint needed! The instructions and box are printed in Japanese, but the pieces are labeled A1, A2, B1, B2, etc. and all Gundam models have detailed pictures so it's all quite easy to understand.This Zaku II is currently on my dresser and will stay there indefinitely.

This model isn't that great for posing, but all the awesome make up for that.*2 Tanks*2 "Wappas" (flight vehicles from the one year war in the anime "Moblie Suit Gundam 0079"*2 Explosion effect pieces for the tanks*1 "zaku heat hawk axe"*1 bazooka for the mobile suit*1 machine gun for the mobile suit*2 ammo ieces for the bazooka*2 smoke trail pieces for the bazooka and ammo*8 figures of soldiers, 2 made to fit in wappas*2 alternate bazooka ammo pieces, do not fit in it*2 pieces to clip heat hawk and spare ammo to zaku*2 missile launchers for the legs, missiles are individual pieces*1 shoulder spike weapon and 1 shield, typical of the generic Zaku II (that is what this is)The mass amount of accessories is a bit annoying at times, but it is great for display. The zaku (mobile suit) isn't that poseable, bu you can still get in great poses. Assembly is snap-fit, instructions are in japanese with detailed pictures. The model is easy to build, but I still wouldn't reccomend for a beginner (there are many small pieces) Still, this is a very fun kit! Get it today!

I really love that amazon has made it this easy to buy from Japan without the huge shipping tax ... Box came in mint condition, everythings there and at the moment i'm snipping the parts off the spurs (Runners) and getting them ready to paint ... I really love the two tanks and tiny dudes that are included cause the options for posing are many :)

Comes with every thing shown and more. Quality Zaku and has plenty of weapons, I read the manga and just had to have this guy.

I just received this kit and have yet to begin assembling it. Here is an out-of-the-box review, instead.One of the things that caught my attention when I was deciding to purchase the kit was that it said: "Zaku is molded in a realistic color scheme." This is not a misleading statement, and being an experienced model builder, I knew it meant that the parts came molded in a vaguely accurate color. So in case anyone is wondering: No, you don't have to paint it, but NO, it won't look like the awesome photos that you see. For example, the "explosion" effects (the fiery-smoky parts that make the tanks look like it has exploded) are gray. You will have to paint them.Decals are included (which are the typical "cut-out and dip in water" style. There is one sticker-style decal, which is for the Zaku's eye.Anyway, I am excited about the kit and look forward to building it. It looks like it will not require glue, but I plan to use it anyway. I will need to find the right paints, though. Also, the directions are in Japanese, so I will need to get the color information translated, as well.

A great set that will add to any collection. It is great to see it alongside more recent iterations of the Zaku II and how far Gunpla has come. The extras add a great perspective for how large any MS would be of they were real.

Ottimo prodotto sia nei colori che nel assemblaggio, perfetto per chi vuole creare una scena dimamica con mezzi d'assalto (benissimo per ambienti Diorama ). Unica nota negativa , il modello e in scala 1/144 come i soldati , mentre i carri armati sono in scala più piccola.
