Love these shelf’s for my garage ! Best bang for buck. Will fit under main door tracks nicely!Be wise in assembly . Place one shelf bridging where uprights splice together. If assembled carefully these are the best bang for buck in the garage. I owned 2 of these and now I own 4 of these . Two left two right under door tracks... Love love love em!

25 year shelves! Excellent finish! Do yourself a favor though and replace the particle board sheets.
This unit has an enamel coated steel rails. The shelf sheets included are laminated particle board, which is not great. I bought some 3/4" smooth finished plywood at Lowes and had them cut them to size right at the store. I drilled some holes in the rails and screwed the rails to the edge of the plywood using three 3/8" long screws on the long sides of the shelf. The result is a shelf that can probably actually hold over 1,000 lbs per shelf (instead of the imaginary numbers many manufacturer's provide) and is as strong and durable as a $300-$400 dollar shelf. Because I shopped around and got the unit itself for $90 plus $35 for the plywood the total cost was only $125 a unit which is really good. It did require a bit of extra time and work, however the shelves have been heavily used for nearly two years now and show almost no signs of wear. The enamel finish on the rails, and heavy feel of the steel used to construct them is what makes these units so valuable in my mind. I bought some more expensive shelves made by Edsel, but the paint was not finished and therefore could scratch off with my fingernails. This particular model absolutely will not scratch without some serious effort and sharp metallic objects being involved. This is actually some of the heaviest duty framing I've seen on a sub $100 shelf. However, the shelf sheets themselves are not so great, which is why I recommend having you local Home Depot or Lowe's cut some sheets to size for you. If you do, trust me, these shelves will last for 25 years.
