These bands are fabulous for working out the back fat and upper body muscles. Easy to use, high quality, fits comfortable in hands, and lightweight - not heavy at all. Good value.

Very happy with these resistance bands. They feel strong and durable, with just the right amount of resistance for a variety of exercises. They’re easy to use and perfect for home workouts or on the go. Great quality overall.

Good enough & Good Value for the money
I bought these to do some exercise for my back muscles to give me a straight posture. For some exercises, I can only use the yellow color. But the ones when I put over my feet and pull it with my arms, I can use the other colors. The package came with instructions on how to do the exercise. I do them mostly sitting on my lounge chair while reading my book from the PC. For some exercise, I found them hard to do due to the length of the rubber. But overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Very good quality especially for the price. Handles make usage easier than simply grabbing the end of a band. Tried them out today. They come with a booklet of exercises, which was a nice surprise.

These cords are versatile and appear to be quite strong. I like that you can remove the center piece to accommodate even more exercise options. They are easy to take with you so you can exercise anywhere with no need to plug anything in. The carrying bag, while snug, accommodates all three cords for even easier portability.
