Provides a strong, kneading neck and upper shoulder massage. As good as any excellent massage therapist. Alleviates all the stress knots. The heat feature is wonderful and feels very soothing. Features work well and as described. Note that the device is slightly heavy and cumbersome and is more difficult to use with a higher back chair - best used when sitting in a chair with a lower back that does not reach the massage arms of the device. Also, you can't use your arms/hands while using the neck massager as arms must go thru loops with forearm resting on the straps and exerting a downward pressure to keep the massager firmly pressed into your neck and upper shoulders. Notwithstanding this, it provides a great massage and I really like it. I will definitely use it regularly!

I carry all my stress and tension in my neck and my shoulders. I have tried many different massagers with no luck. They massaged everything except my neck and upper shoulders. Found this massager and decided to give it a try! Excellent product!! It immediately massaged the places I needed it most! I know it is only for the neck and shoulders however since that is where I have the most issues it is great for me!! I have used it 3 times now on one charge which is great!!! I highly recommend this massager if you carry your tension and stress in your neck and upper shoulders!

Game changer product that really helps after long stressful work days! The intensity of kneading can be adjusted. Which is really nice to be able to control and include heat with it. I’ve been using it on a medium shiatsu mode with heat. It has provided a lot of pain relief in my shoulder knots. The control to change the modes is easy to access on the front left strap. My husband as well really loves this product after a long day working at the desk!

Great neck and shoulders massager. I like the combination of the stronger grab and some more softer squeeze. The mode can be changed, so I usually try all of them in one session. The heat works well, I like to lower the heat by pressing the second button twice. The first button changes the squeeze speed from slow to fast. The third button switches between different modes. It purrs like a cat, but after some use it occasionally makes some squeaky-leather sound, that's why it received one star less. Also, the bottom legs have a harder grip, so I like to use a soft towel underneath. I use the hand loops to move the massager around my back and neck, but I don't use the center strap much. Overall a very pleasant massaging experience. I got it for myself, but my husband uses it too.

I can only review this based on my own feelings. Feelings is what one gets when hooking up to this machine. I purchased with the intention of helping my mother who has very bad shoulder neck pain and was hopeful that it would really help out. That is, until it arrived. After reading the directions and charging the unit, it was go time. Was looking forward to some deep tissue massage, you know, relaxing. Instead I got two Terminator hands attempting to smash my neck. I couldn't fathom putting this device on my mother who's very fragile. I'm only glad that Amazon was quick to refund after promptly returning item. To be fair, someone who's much bigger, might have luck with this device. Mom is 5'6 110lbs. I'm 6'1 170lbs. It's just way too powerful to be relaxing and pain relieving. I wanted so badly for this to work. I wish it would have worked cause Mom is running out of items to try. I wish we could share ideas with each other in the review section.

Has worked great, and been a neck saver for 5 months, but the battery life suddenly has dropped. After letting it complete a full charge, the red light starts blinking after 1 cycle using low heat.

Sleeping wrong and waking up with a sore neck the next morning is not a good feeling. The wireless neck and shoulder massager is quite the opposite. Not only does it work great, but you can take it wherever you desire as it folds up nicely and comes with a rechargeable cord that you can plug in just about It does take time adjusting to find what’s the right setting is for you, but after that, it is smooth sailing

This has been a game changer with my neck pain and headaches. (25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension. By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat. It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

hardly two months and not used much but when tried it today the battery is dead and not working even after hours of charging, don’t know if they will replace it since there is no warranty mentioned.

This is great, works well, it can feel a bit sore to start with as you're not used to it but you quickly get used to it and can very very soothing. The buttons all work well with minimal pressure and it's rechargeable so no expensive batteries.

Sooo perfect for my neck and shoulder pain. I really, truly, deeply, sincerely, love this above all thing I've bought lately...seriously ! It really feels like hands massage and it get rid of your knots easily. Perfect strength for the muscular type of back and a second one more soft strength. ***EDITED Plus I had the chance to be one of the buyers who received another massage item for the neck, totally free after my initial purchase. There's was a card in the box to apply for it. I had it in less than two days, delivery include and 2years if warranty for both items. The free one is smaller for the neck, the head and upper shoulder, has a strap and a car wire cable if you want to bring it on a road trip. And the cable can also be use for the belt massage as well. I'm happy beyond words. I'm clearly going to check up for other of their stuff *** A few tips : DO NOT put your body weight on the item while using it. It will make a noise and can broke prematurely. Best position is sitting straight comfortably or lay on your belly to massage your back area, shoulders, neck, lower back, butt, belly and legs. DO NOT use it directly on bare skin or it will irritate the area you're treating. NEVER forget to drink a bottle of water after each use otherwise you might feel a little heavy headed.

This product is worth it! I can see it saving me money from going to massage appointments! Go get one if you can!

This is an amazing and well made product which was bought as a gift for my father who was delighted with it as he suffers with neck pain. However I am forced to give only four stars. It wasnt until we received the product and read the accompanying booklet that we realised it may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker fitted and a doctor should be consulted before use. This we did and were told by his doctor not to use it. Such a pity and my father was very disappointed he could not use it. I do feel that this should have been stated in the blurb as I would not have gone to the trouble of buying it knowing Dad has a pacemaker. Check also if you such things as replacement joints as this was also mentioned as needing a doctors referral.
