I wanted a glasses case that I could actually fit two of in my purse (for glasses and sunglasses). My sunglasses aren't gigantic, but they do fit in these. These are so superior to regular cases. I can get my glasses out very quickly without fiddling around AND protect them from scratching and banging that open vertical cases subject them to. The hinged hard shell cases I used to use always came apart in some way or another, were very fiddly, large, ugly, and sometimes loud. I first got the idea to get a soft-shell vertical case because my grandmother had a couple. Unfortunately, they were either open on one end or closed in some relatively complex way. So I looked for either a kiss lock or a squeeze hinge. I love how you can just pop these open instead of dealing with a flap or button. These seem to be good enough quality that the finish isn't peeling off or anything like that. Because they don't have a pocket for owner information, I just insert a card with my name and phone number for when I inevitably lose my glasses. As long as you don't keep your glasses in a backpack with a heavy water bottle or books, these might be perfect for you.

I have used these cases for a few months since I got new glasses. I love that the cases do not take up a lot of room in my bag but they keep my glasses safe. The opening is spring loaded to hold my glasses securely in the case. The inside is lined with a soft material to keep my lenses safe and clean. The case still looks like new after floating around in my backpack for a semester. If these cases go missing I will order them again.

These 3 cases are very handy for extra reading glasses. The interior is a soft black felt material, the exterior an imitation snakeskin that actually feels nice. You squeeze the top and bottom and it opens from flat, then pops back closed when you let go. The quality and finish look good, a great deal for a 3-pack.

I have used a squeeze top holder for my sunglasses for years. I needed a couple of replacements and noticed these were a very good price. They are sturdy and will protect my glasses just fine, but I do prefer them in a soft fabric, because they will be lighter to carry in my purse.

Love these cases. 4 stars because it can be tiny but bigger for thicker and oversize sunglasses. I replace all my Gucci and Prada sunglass cases with these so it is less bulky and fit in my handbag
