True to size, good color choices, and comfortable

The breathability of the shorts material is 5/5. The breathability of the liner material is 4/5. I can't compare the liner comfort because I can't wear liners, but the material feels soft. The liner is easily overruled by putting both legs through one side and tightness is alleviated by slicing the side seam up to the waist band. The ultimate solution is to cut the bottom third out and cut off the remaining elastic bands. That gives the option for an extra layer front in back or to tuck them under the waist band to suit conditions. The shorts are very comfortable without the liner. Feels great on the skin. The only sweat area is under the waistband and that can be adjusted up and down for drying. Risk of exposure is low under most conditions. It goes up for, say, somebody holding a ladder while you climb above them. It's inevitable. The excellent airiness is accompanied by a slight translucence but for shadows to be seen the backlight has to be just right and the observer very close. Maybe lighter colors would show more. But these are good at hiding the wet spots (and dried spots). I haven't had to wash them in several wearings. Impression in the front is tastefully visible; not too blatant but position and movement are evident to those who look. The pockets are good with the zippers. The only drawback is the hem material does not stretch. I've achieved more legroom by carefully cutting the threads that hold the side seams together about two inches. The good design with easy minor modifications and reasonable pricing call for high rating, I'd say 9/10 which rounds to 5/5.

They're pretty good. Love having zip up pockets. Wicking is good and the fit looks great. 3.5" is a good length for running. But...the material isn't as nice / soft as their 3 inch model. These are a little stiffer (the comparable 3" is like super lightweight). So it's good, but I like the others more.

Love these shorts. I have 5 pair. They’re good for everything and I really like the internal mesh liner and zipper pockets. Whether I’m mowing the yard, swimming in the pool, exercising, or just lounging around, these are my go-to shorts. They’re like wearing around comfortable, soft, lightweight underwear.

Very comfortable and loose

Bought a pair for hiking and so far I've been very happy with them. Took a little bit to get used to something so short but honestly if you're moving around a lot like I do while climbing over boulders the shorter length is fantastic. Breathability is surprisingly good considering the slightly thicker fabric, on the topic of the fabric I do appreciate the slightly thicker material as I feel it helps prevent "printing".. if you get my drift LOL. Pockets are just big enough to fit my s23 ultra with a case and still zip up. Jury is still out on the brief liner, it does its job at keeping the bits in place but I feel there's a higher potential for chafing than with a conventional compression layer, though I haven't run into any issues yet. Overall I think they are good value for the money and worth five stars, I will probably end up buying another pair or two in the future

I’ve got abnormally large thighs (thanks mom) and normal workout shorts get caught and cause issue with my movement/ lifting form. These shorts are absolutely perfect. Great quality, comfortable, and perfect length to allow freedom of movement. Highly recommend for lifters conducting explosive movements.

The biggest strength is how lightweight and unrestricted they feel. The 3-inch inseam is very short by design, which immediately improves range of motion for leg day, sprints, or anything high intensity. The quick-dry polyester/spandex blend also handles sweat well and doesn’t cling uncomfortably once you start moving. In real use, the built-in liner + zipper pockets combo is what makes these more practical than typical “ranger-style” shorts. The liner provides light support, and the zip pockets are genuinely useful for holding a phone or keys without constant worry during runs. Comfort is solid for most people, but it’s clearly a “preference” item. The short inseam is either a win or a dealbreaker depending on your comfort level. The waistband and drawstring help keep them secure, and they generally stay in place well during movement. Where they fall short is consistency and build refinement. The fabric is slightly thicker than some premium running shorts, and the liner isn’t for everyone some people prefer removing it for a more natural feel. Zipper durability and stitching quality are also average rather than premium, especially if you’re using them heavily in rotation. Pros: very lightweight and breathable, excellent mobility, quick-dry fabric, useful zipper pockets, good for hot weather and gym training Cons: very short inseam (not for everyone), liner can feel unnecessary, build quality is mid-tier, not as refined as higher-end running brand Overall: a strong budget-friendly performance short for training and running, especially if you want maximum freedom and airflow, but the ultra-short fit and mid-tier construction mean it’s more about function than premium feel.

Die Farbe beige ist sehr schön und einmalig, sowie die 2 Reißverschlusstaschen, so kann das fast 7 Zoll Smartphone nicht rausfallen. Dann ist es sehr cool das sie sehr kurz ist, an heißen Sommertagen ist zu kurz umso besser, aber ohne das man sein Gemacht sieht. Diese Hose erfüllt beides. Leider nach den ganzen Tag tragen, Mal E-Bike fahren und chillen, kommt der Schweiß und wird nicht Abtransportiert, das ist dann richtig ekelig und man möchte sie so schnell wie möglich tauschen und runter von der Haut ziehen. Wäre sie Atmungsaktiv hatte ich sie behalten. Mfg Demian Grimm

Liked it a lot. Nice material and design. Bought 7 pieces in total of different colors. Comfortable. Great to lounge in and the zippered pockets are very practical. Used it to lounge around the house. Stylish enough to go out without having to change.
