I am glad I did a little research and saved money buying this one. Its exactly the same as the expensive feetup brand except this one comes with the extra cushion to make it a seat or whatever else. It was very easy to put together, and had all the parts required. Also, if you want to make the wood or white cushion a different color you can use acrylic INK. I’ve seen tutorials on YT recommending acrylic paint mixed with water, that will not work as well. Use either acrylic ink or acrylic paint mixed with airbrush medium. I’m going to paint mine tie-dye-ish multi-colored and will post a pic once I do.

 Update:Jan 15, 2019: The company saw the review, and contacted me immediately, and offered to send me a replacement. It came in soon enough and the second one isn't wobbly. So updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. The seller is serious about their business and cares about their product and the reviews, and consistently and persistently checked on the replacement that was sent to me.Wobbly. . Please see video. Someone could break their neck and die if they used this. Not me.. Sending back. Just wasted of time assembling and now to disassemble to ship back. I was so excited and now terribly disheartened.

I absolutely love this headstand bench! After using my friends that she bought, I just had to have one of my own. I have helped 4 people over come their fears of inversions by using this stand. All ages and shapes are able to use it which is super awesome. I try and use it everyday since it helps relief my neck tension.

If your wanting to work on your inversion game and/or have a very useful support tool to assist while doing back bends this thing is amazing ... highly recommend... the benefits of inversions for the body are abundant... I have no clue what others talked about it being unstable ... it’s solid, stable and padding is very comfortable

I am SO excited about this Head-Stand Stand!I absolutely LOVE doing Headstand inversions, but some challenges with my neck made them virtually impossible.As soon as I got this out of the box, my Granddaughter and I put it together, and we’re upside down in no time.The care and craftsmanship in which it was made with is evident and exceptional.This is a piece of equipment I will have and enjoy for years to come.Thank you, thank you!!I’m totally reinspired to get back to my yoga practice daily.

Great shoulder stand chair. Nicely padded, great stability, and easily assembled!

I researched headstand benches. There are some more expensive benches. This was a GREAT PRICE. It is very sturdy and well made. It takes the pressure off the neck and it feels comfortable on the shoulders. The padding of cushion is good. Very simple to put together. I am very VERY PLEASED with my purchase.

Never did a headstand before today and here I am! I just love this little bench. It is really well made and goes together in minutes. It is super sturdy and looks great in my little yoga room. Couldn’t be happier!
