Fantastic and better than the original! I replaced my Weber Q200 single burner in 10 minutes....8 of which was wait time for the WD40 penetrating oil to loosen that single bolt that holds the burner and igniter! HINT: spray the WD 40, clean the grill with a scraper while you wait, spray again, a few sharp taps (not hard)...clean some more...then use your grill lighter stick to warm the bolt slightly and it is easier to remove because the aluminum expands more than the stainless bolt. Mine was the first time I replaced a burner and the grill is from 2013. Let the penetrating oil do the work for you. The burner fits easily and is so much better than the original because it has adequately sized hole and they go right up to the igniter. The igniter never worked on this grill and now I know it wasn't Florida dampness, it was inadequate gas supplied to the spark. This burner solved that and it fired right up (pretty surprising because the igniter is also a 2013 original part). Anyway, it's a gem of a replacement part, great design, perfect fit, invludes an extra bolt if needed and works like a charm. Replacex burner and cleaned grill, 8 minutes and cooked 8 porkchops and 4 chicken thighs- 20 minutes! Easy peasy!

I have owned my Q100 for 16 years and was tempted to buy a new one. My old burner was plugging and would flare up. So I decided to buy this part and it fit perfectly, easily installed and now my grill fires up perfectly.

Our grill was not heating. After a good cleaning we replaced the burner tube as per instructions. Had to make a small adjustment but easy to install. The grill is functioning like new! Before you consider trashing your grill give this a try.

Great replacement and price. Large holes. Only negative is the extra holes near the igniter make the flame go over the igniter. My fix was to trim two nails and insert in the extra holes.

Burn Tube worked great

My Baby Q is now 19 years old and was due for a little refurbishment, so I installed this replacement gas tube. It was a perfect fit and took only about 5 minutes to swap out. It even came with its own Philips-head screw, though I opted to reuse the original Weber 11mm bolt instead. I also installed a new Piezo igniter at the same time, and the two components worked together seamlessly. Check out the video – ignition is smooth, and the flame is even across the burner.

Fast delivery and the burners fit perfectly to the Weber Q 3000 lpg gas bbq. Very easy install. Turn and pull old burners off, turn and install new burners.
