Mission Foods Carb Balance Flour Tortillas (8 ct., 12 oz.) (pack of 2)

I bought these initially because I was reducing my carbs but still wanted to be able to make burritos and wraps. I didn’t expect much and assumed they would be thin (and fall apart) or taste like glue. Instead, they taste just like traditional flour tortillas and hold up even better than Mission’s regular ones. I have used them for enchiladas (baked) and both breakfast and lunch wraps, hot and cold fillings. Shipping was fast and secure too. If these were an option for Subscribe & Save, I’d order these monthly!

These are nice for fast low-carb meals for those who need to watch their carb intake. I cannot buy them locally. The price is fair; even though I had to pay shipping, I will buy them again. They arrived to Alaska USPS Priority Mail in about a week. Grateful for sellers who will use the US Postal Service to ship to Alaska in a timely manner.

Love this product. Gave up bread 2 years ago and have only eaten Mission low carb products. I keep a very large supply frozen so I never run out. They have made my dietary restrictions tolerable, and I am grateful for this. Very versatile if you have an imagination. I’ve made egg rolls in the air fryer using Mission products. I’ve made pizzas out of them and quiches. Be creative.

These are good and a great way to get some carb flavor and not much carb. Borderline ultra processed though, some of the ingredients are definitely not things you can buy in a supermarket. This is the only thing I regularly eat that even comes close to ultra processed food.

I've been eating low carb long enough to know a lot of LC products are hit or miss, and I've had my share of misses. This one is a hit. I would never know it was LC. It tastes and acts just like any other tortilla. If anything, I like these better than other tortillas because they're pretty flexible, so you can fold or roll them without any breakage.

Okay, they contain wheat so they're not likely KETO. They do have a lot of fiber. They work for somebody who hasn't had bread in over six months. I uses them as pitas, tortillas, and wraps. I put a piece of parchment between each one and toss the bag in the freezer. I don't eat them often, so the freezer keeps them from going bad. And, they defrost in a few minutes.

Great taste. It's not like other low carb tortillas that taste like cardboard. Best net carbs. I just ate one without cooking it and it was fantastic. Happy, happy, happy!

I like this product especially for it's fiber content. My digestive system requires 60 to 70 grams of fiber a day and it is very difficult to find food with a high fiber content, vegetable and fruits don't provide near enough fiber for a day. I love to wrap all kinds of foods (as long as the food isn't too goopy) in the tortillas. I use the 7" and 9" size frequently.
