I tried another brand before this one, and it didn't help much. But this ones greatly improves my state of mind, and I'm more productive. And I must be. I tried one capsule with my morning supplement regimen, which still is good. And the second one in the afternoon, to get things done then too. I've been writing books 6 and 7, and need all the good energies I can find. It improves my feeling of well being. Just starting but wanted to share this labeling error: Suggested Use on label says take 1 capsules daily but in the supermarket facts on the label it says a serving is 2 capsules so I am assuming since 2 capsules equals the 910 mg's that's the correct dosage that should be listed in the Suggested Use section... Excellent labeling! Lol
