Awesome product and service

I purchased two years ago. It has been having major grease fires after cooking for only 10 minutes with burgers. We clean it fully every single time and we only get to cook a couple burgers and then massive grease fire. I don’t understand why and I tried to contact the vendor to see if there’s any recall on it and Never bothered to answer With any kind of guidance with information On what to do

I haven’t use it on all capabilities, so far is real good. I like almost everything so far. Would be better with a burner on the side panel. Also for the charcoal area, it would help a lot to have some point of access where you don’t burn yourself in case you have to open it in mid cooking.

Never received the BBQ, so after a long wait, I cancelled the order and got a full refund.I was disappointed because it looks like an awesome BBQ

Purchased this at Walmart yesterday, and have used every part of it thus far. This thing is a Beast. Heavy construction, and will last for years. I would recommend a couple things.#1: theadlicker on the damper, charcoal tray handle, and charcoal vent handle.#2: watch the assembly video before assembling it yourself.It takes about 5 hours to assemble, but cooking on it is so much fun.You will love the way the hardware is packaged. Easy to read and find exactly what you need for each step.

The media could not be loaded. We bought the Memphis Pitboss Grill on a clearance sale last September and we really like it. The multiple features have been nice for our Lake house. Assembly isn’t for the faint of heart, but it’s a very nice grill. The smoker, gas and charcoal options make for a ver useful all-in-one grill. The electric smoker was particularly easy to dial in and hold a low and slow barbecue.

Getting the grill setup and working was pretty easy. It worked great for about 2 months of periodic use. After about the 3rd smoking session (July 4th) I noticed the door wasn't sealing. I tried adjusting the hinges to no avail. Upon closer inspection I found that the smoke box had a weld that made it so the top part of the door was pushed out. I called up pitboss and let them know. I also asked for another thermometer since one of mine was about 75° off.I was assured that the parts would be ordered and I would receive them ASAP. A couple weeks later I followed up and sent more pictures of the smoker assembly. I had seen a grill at Walmart and noticed differences in the smoker box fit. My beautiful grill that had been under a cover when not in use had also developed a strange staining on the surface. Last week, first week of September, I received 4 grill lids. No thermometer was ever ordered and the smoker assembly is on backorder, no extension wings were ordered. Ive been calling pitboss for a while and finally got through yesterday. They were not concerned at all. My complaint about not having a smokere for the summer were answered that it wasn't a big deal and that the box would get "hot enough" even with smoke pouring out the front and back of grill. I disagreed and they didn't care. They had no answer as to why I had two extra grill lids or why the wings and thermometer were never ordered. I requested that they send me a letter saying that they were not able to provide me parts to fix the grill. This would allow me to use the Walmart warranty. They were not at all interested in doing anything that would get my grill up and going. Thats OK, who grills in the summer....or uses thermometers when cooking?
