Great daily health boost
Really like this Resveratrol drink! Tastes good, easy to carry & gives me a nice energy lift. The mix of many berries, vitamins, shilajit, ashwagandha, and green tea feels super healthy. The taste is surprisingly pleasant for a health drink. Been having it daily and I feel more fresh and active.

Great way to take this supplement
I'm on second pack and suddenly started to loose lot of hair. There is some evidence that Shilajit can increase testosterone resulting in hair loss. I did not know this. I have no idea why they have to put it. People who want it can take i seperately.
